BENACLY currently ships to the United States only.

All products are made to order. After you place an order, your item is sent to production before it is shipped.

Processing time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is usually 4–12 business days after shipment, depending on the product, print provider, carrier, and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If free shipping is available, it will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Wrong address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or lost because of an incorrect address, BENACLY is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@biobenac.com and we will review the issue with the print provider and shipping carrier.
